West of Ifield Plans

The planning application for land West of Ifield seeks permission for a phased, residential-led development comprising 3000 new houses, educational facilities, community services, and associated infrastructure. Members of the public can submit their comments on the West of Ifield planning application through Horsham District Council’s planning portal. To do this, search for the application reference number DC/25/1312 on the council’s website, then select the option to “Comment on this application.” You will be asked to provide your name, address, and whether you wish to support, object to, or comment neutrally on the proposal. Comments must relate to planning considerations, such as design, traffic, infrastructure, environmental impact, or community facilities. All submissions will be made publicly available and must be received before the consultation deadline set by the council.

An Extraordinary Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Thursday, 18th September at Rusper Village Hall 7pm.
